Legislation
Requiring Nutrition Labels on all Raw Meat & Poultry
Products.
Congress
is now considering legislation that would
require nutrition labels on all raw meat
and poultry products. USDA's Food Safety & Inspection
Service is also planning rule making
on the same requirements.

Your
selection can include any raw beef, poultry, veal, pork
or lamb item listed, with all the variations based on bone-in
or boneless, product, grade or trim. You can also choose
from any exotic raw product item from species that are now
being considered for inspection, such as farm-raised venison,
bison, ostrich, and emu.
This
